Woodsfield

He graduated from Swiss Hills Vocational School with a qualification in cosmetology and became a hairdresser in the Ohio Valley.

He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Woodsfield, and he dearly loved his animals.

Even though he was a wonderful hairdresser, Brad wanted something that offered more money.

He made a drastic career decision.

A man they loved and trusted was murdered by someone they believed was his best friend.

Brad was laid to rest on Friday the 12th of May 2017.

The service was held at the Bower-Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield, and he was buried at Friendship Cemetery in Lewisville, the village where he had grown up.

Brad was someone who never apologized for who he was.

It was so exciting.

I got to meet so many great people, and just going to places like Bellaire for a Woodsfield back in the day, Woodsfield/Bellaire game, or Park Brook.

I mean, you name it.

I mean, just some of the great matchups, and it really took me back.

She quit the second shift the next spring and told the plant it was the drive.

She works days now at a school in Woodsfield and drives that road in daylight and has never seen anything on it since but deer, and she doesn't drive it after dark and doesn't drive it in fog.

And when there's a reason she has to, she takes the long way around through Sardis, which adds twenty-five minutes, and her husband doesn't say a word about it.
