And then what happened was, as soon as I arrived in Australia in 97, I think it was, I was invited to do a part of concert in Queensland University about the music from Indian subcontinent.

And organizers of Woodford Folk Festival was in the audience, Pat and Sim.

And they asked whether I would come to the festival to do my songs.

And since then, I've never seen actually Australian New Year outside Woodford Folk Festival.

So...

So it's been over 30 years and I have never encountered what it feels to be in Australia during New Year.

And I get the impression you may never, given the pull of Woodford.

But Tenzin, obviously, it's a difficult thing to live in exile and difficult also to follow what's happening back in Tibet.
