And, and like I was saying before, there, there's ways to, I would say, defer a loss, and, and I'll get into that with a specific example, really deferring the loss to a future point in which you hope that the real estate value goes up.

So, so, you know, we both live in Toronto, and there is a project called the Woodbine Mall project, okay? Woodbine Mall, a well-known lender, lent about, I don't know, it was $200 or $300 million into that project.

And ultimately, ultimately, the borrower couldn't pay back the loan, okay? And the borrower went into receivership, so the lender put in a trustee like me, I think it was Ernst & Young, who ef- who effectively took over the mall and decided to list it for sale.

Now, the economy isn't great.

Yeah, the zone, yeah.

So this is, it gets exciting for me, 'cause I'm like, "Yo, if you're gonna rebuild the entire racetrack into a residential community with entertainment, racetrack, what's beside it? The Woodbine Mall." Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

It's got the biggest indoor-

But, um, that whole area, Albion Mall wants to redevelop with condos.
