Wonderware

Everybody is now starting to ask, how do you do SQL databases? How do you store data? I need to know how to do this better.

Some of the commercial packages, like again, Aviva and things like that, and others, Wonderware, would put data nicely into a SQL database, understanding how to structure it and get it out was kind of the important side.

Once you figure out that schema and you start doing the work to do that reduction to the third normal form, it's kind of a key concept of getting it, the unwanted dependencies within the tables.

So with all that said, that's SQL.

And I started working with that, and worked there for a bunch of years and kinda hit all the, the popular platforms, Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Uh, at the time Wonderware was pretty big, um, so that was kind of the, the go-to.

And worked there for a couple years.

And they were based in Concord, and we had, like, a satellite office in Reno.
