know, there's something called the WOMAC pain score.

W-O-M-A-C.

One to a hundred.

But at week 12, no significant difference in VAS pain at week 12.

Other secondary outcomes, WOMAC, Oxford Knee Score, a functional called EQ5D, analgesic use.

Again, a failure in OA the knee.

We need more effective therapies in knee OA and OA in general.

In that part of consultation, we look at a few things, including we want to have some objective measures that we can follow.

Those still could be subjective, but some measures that we can follow after the treatment to see how they're doing, that could be VAS, and it could be WOMAC for us, some sort of functional score that we can follow.

We make sure that basically qualify for the procedure, so exclude those who do not qualify, and there are very few people that are excluded.

If they don't have like trauma, for example, or acute onset pain that would make us suspect some other things going on, an X-ray would be enough for us.

So both of you are using scoring systems in that pre-treatment evaluation.

I mean, it sounds like you're using VAS, WOMAC.

Anish, are you using the same? Do you use CUS at all? So I started out using CUS.

You had to have clinical and radiographic osteoarthritis of the knee with Kellgren-Lawrence grade II or III, meaning not too vile but not end-stage, you know, just right as in Goldilocks.

Uh, and their pain score had to be forty or more on a, uh, zero to one hundred WOMAC scale.

They enrolled four hundred and seven knee OA patients.

Two seventy-one got semaglutide, one thirty-six received placebo.

The average age going in was fifty-six.

The eighty-two percent were women.

The mean, the mean BMI was forty, and the mean WOMAC was seventy-one on a zero to one hundred scale.

The goal of the, of the study was, um, the change in body weight at week sixty-eight.
