WLAN-FM

Radio is synonymous with making their talent sign these non-compete contracts so that you can't leave on your own will and go across the street and work for the competition.

However, when I started my job with FM 97 across town in Lancaster, I decided I was going to hand all of my paperwork in and just kind of pull out that non-compete contract.

And I handed it all in a nice neat pile.

And I was thinking, you know what, they're going to come back and say, hey, where's that non-compete? But I pulled it out because I forgot it, right? Well, they never said a word about it.

And I said, well, just so happens, Michael C., that I don't have a non-compete contract.

Nobody ever held me to it.

So when I put my two weeks notice in with FM 97, and let me just back up a little bit, I decided I wanted to leave FM 97 because I was partying way more than I should have been at club gigs.

I was out at bars.
