Well, William Mafe should be entering his prime right now, and he should be a guy that fits exactly what they're looking for, and so far, so good.

I really like this conversation with Yanni from Local 12 and Mafe after the game.

They talked for about two minutes, and it was really good stuff on Mafe's mentality on this defense and their mindset going into this year and how it played out on Sunday against the Bucs.

It's just having fun.

And, you know, DJ Turner being elected a captain, I think, says a lot, too, that, you know, he was a guy.

It was one of the last things I did when I was covering the team for Local 12.

You know, he came in from phase two of OTAs when he didn't have to because he's in a contract year.

Guys like that.

During a news conference that followed, a reporter asked Secretary Mullen about the fate of 20,000 Haitian immigrants in Ohio, part of the 350,000 nationwide that just lost TPS, that's temporary protected status revoked by the Trump administration, and also the case of a 20-year-old Haitian immigrant from Ohio who committed suicide.

As you may have heard, just north of here in Springfield, Ohio, there was a large contingent of Haitians who have now lost their TPS, the temporary protected status.

Governor Mike DeWine, also a Republican, has spoken out against this.
