Wish Upon

When you wish...

Uh, Wish Upon.

[bell dings]

Correct.

I remember...

I thought it was Wish.

Wish Upon is a terrible title.

Okay.

And I must admit, I was going to watch, from last year, The Monkey, but I changed my mind because I've already discussed that movie several times on the podcast, so I wanted to try something new.

And I did a search, and, uh, movies like Obsession came up, and Wish Upon, and Monkey's Paw, just as generic as it is.

And I almost went with, you know, one of the, uh, Monkey's Paw movies that I have not seen.

But then this one popped out that piqued my interest, and it was called Wishcraft from 2002.

...

he s- did the better Wish Upon, right?

Yeah.

He did, like, the better version of any Wish prophecy movie.

Interesting.

He directed Wish Upon, and he also directed...

Do you know he directed Mortal Kombat Annihilation?

No way.

Her name is Joey King.

She's the girl from Wish Upon.

She's one of the daughters in The Conjuring 1.

Both of them, they were waking up with marks on them that they had no clue how they even got them.

One of them is

Wish Upon, the greatest film ever made.

She's in

Uglies.
