Wisconsin Herd

I think the admission there is like $5, which is great.

If you're traveling here in the winter and you're looking for something affordable to do, but really kind of high energy and amazing, Oshkosh is home to the Wisconsin Herd, which is the G League team of the Milwaukee Bucks.

And if you've ever bought a Milwaukee Bucks ticket, you might not be on a budget.

They're definitely a little more expensive.

And Camille and I talked about this during the preseason, too.

Like, my expectations for Nate Ament this season were incredibly tempered, right? We weren't quite sure, is he even going to play all that much at the NBA level? Is he going to be playing with the Wisconsin Herd? And who knows? He may still see most of his time there with the ladder.

But...

I had low expectations for this season for him.

You've got to be deep, you've got to be young, you've got to be athletic, and also you've got to be cheap, right? Like all these names, Cam Thomas, Gary Harris, Pat Connaughton's released.

Dante Exum, right? Victor Oladipo, who we've seen still trying desperately to get back in the league, including the stop with the Wisconsin Herd.

Get a stop." So, um, not too much from him that really screams off the page, but that is something that I at least wanted to highlight as a positive, uh, for Bogie, a guy who I think is gonna spend a lot of time with the Wisconsin Herd this upcoming season.

So I also, before I get out of here, I want to give a, a update on what we learned about Nate Ament and his injury.

So he's still recovering from the left ankle sprain, but all reports are saying that he's making good progress, and based on the rehab timeline that's been set, they're hopeful that he'll be back by opening night.

So, I mean, let's start with Bogalub in that I think it's kind of similar to what we talked about with Nate Ament, that I'm going to be curious to see what the split is.

He can, he can play with the herd, but what the split is to how much do we actually see him at the NBA level? And do we just see a lot of he's been assigned to the Wisconsin herd and we're just continuing to get him reps there because like you can see similar to what we've talked about with other guys, you can see what's there offensively.

It still has to develop, but you can see, okay, I see his basketball IQ.

I see the passing ability and to be an offensive hub ish.

They, they gonna send him to Milwaukee Oats? Maybe.

Yeah, I think he's gonna play for the Wisconsin Herd or something like that.
