Let me give you an example.

When my son Andrew was seven years old, I was disturbed having gone to a pastors conference, a free conference of Lutherans of Missouri Synod, Wisconsin Synod, and others, that there seemed to be a lack of understanding of confessional subscription.

And I talked about it at the dinner table, and the boys are listening attentively.

And Andrew, of course it would be Andrew, very sensitive and concerned about these things, asked me...

So yeah, it wasn't, back to your question, it wasn't a known thing a- although I feel like, you know, in the teachings, 'cause I'm gonna circle back to kind of this movie that we're about to cover, the most that any, at least Lutheran, 'cause I was raised, uh, Wisconsin Synod Lutheran, which I have to just like-

Is that a specific thing? Is that a-

Say specifically, yes, because there is a Missouri Synod Lutheran, there is an ELS, which I forget what ELS stands for, but that's like the, the liberal Lutheran-

What an incredible thing.

We work with the Wisconsin Synod and the ELS, but we're not supported by them.

We don't get any funding from them.

And so maybe you're hearing some of these stories and feeling like, I want to help.

Then there are some that are extremely conservative, very closed off, and almost don't want fellowship with ev- with other people, although that might be slightly unfair to say.

But like the WELS, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, they're very conservative.

They just are very closed off in many ways.

Same thing with the Baptists.
