This is, like, an interesting thing, 'cause this, it, yes, it's retail, but they're trying to do something a little bit more upscale.

They were bold enough to say, they being the developer, said that they want it to feel like Lake Nona Town Center and/or Winter Park Village.

Uh, so they're gonna have community spaces, fountains, pedestrian walkways, landscaping, and golf cart parking, and they're just trying to make it a little bit more of an elevated experience.

I see this a lot over in Horizon West.

Uh, Unicorp built something similar down in Celebration as well, Celebration Point.

This kinda looks like that.

But this right here up top if you're watching live, I feel like this definitely gives Winter Park Village vibes.

By the numbers, Oakland Village will offer 85,000 square feet of retail space, uh, across nine buildings and two outparcels, plus an additional, uh, building with eight- like roughly 10,000 square feet.
