You know, I'm, my kids grew up on, on sets.

You know, they grew up, like, literally my one d- my oldest daughter was named by one of the actors on, on, uh, on Wings, um, my first show.

So it, being in, around the entertainment business is very natural to them, and two of my daughters are involved in it now.

I'm, I'm kind of into it and I'm gonna write it." And they're like, [laughs] "Let me get this straight.

You're gonna sit home and write your little story about a fake bar [laughs] with fake people instead of coming with us to go to a real bar with real people? Uh, seriously?" And I'm like, "I just, I gotta do it.

Like, I'm, I'm into it, I'm gonna do it." And, you know, lo and behold, that Cheers script, um, got me an agent and then it got on a p- in a pile on the show Wings, which was created by three guys who had worked on Cheers and, um, consequently went on to create Frasier.

Um, and it got, that script got plucked from a pile to come in and pitch a story.

Roy, David Schramm, Roy from Wings was in it.

Mm-hmm.

And Nana, visitor of Star Trek fame.

Flash forward and we get to present day where that little girl has grown up to become a woman named Beth, played by Crystal Bernard.

You might remember her from Wings in the 90s.

I loved that show.

I was so excited to see Crystal Bernard on my television.
