So this case was tried in February of this year.

It was in Winchester, Virginia, which isn't, I mean, I would say is somewhat rural, right? It's Northwest Virginia.

It's not the middle of nowhere by any means, but it's without question, not a major city.

So a smaller city in Virginia, I think most people would say, oh, this is a conservative jurisdiction, not a plaintiff friendly.

I have mixed feelings as to the label oh that's a good venue for plaintiffs and that's a bad one i tend to think that we have a lot more control as trial lawyers when it comes to framing as to over the actual venue and i also just tend to believe that people are more alike than they are apart even if they happen to live in different parts of the state or the country.

But anyway, so it was tried in Winchester for about a week.

But the case really started with my partner, who was the one who accepted the case.

The case was brought on before I joined him.
