A lot of people are opens there.

I've talked about that a lot, like areas like Coorparoo, Ascot, Paddington, Windsor, Wilston.

I'm not going to name every single suburb in Brisbane, but you get the point.

So those markets were doing really well.

There's a lot of LMR zoning further in, in areas such as Alderley.

We've got areas in Wilston, Windsor, Newmarket.

Keep in mind, and the reason I wanted to just sort of come a little bit further in with some of those examples is many of these areas also have character overlays.

So what that means is existing homes can't actually be demolished.
