You need the experience to learn.

And so

if they don't give Stromgren a shot.

that that's their own that's them shooting themselves in the foot and they've done that way too many times for me to not be worried about

And they have like, I, I want to see what Stromgren can do this season.

And again, the college kids coming up, I think I'm going to reference that a lot here.

So I want to see what those guys can do.

On the other hand, where they fit in, I think, is the part that's, that's kind of up for grabs.

Like, I do think if, say, a William Strömgren came in and just balled out or something along those lines in camp, then I think there's a spot that opens up for him and you have to kind of do the math.

But I think more of the training camp battles are going to be who slots into what spot.

Like, I, I feel like Gritten with, um, Coronado and Frost is pretty well set in.

Maybe a Siplikov just looks like he's not fitting in at all or maybe Pospisil just looks like he's very tentative and kind of timid and isn't playing that wrecking ball style of game.

Then maybe there is an opportunity for a Stromgren or a Suniev.

I mean...

The only thing is the crop of young players in this training camp who are on the bubble, it's not the most impressive group.

I think there'll be a lot more competition in next year's training camp compared to this year's.

Just because the team is going younger and it is a rebuild, there's a possibility, let's small possibility that maybe one of those young guys can make.

And I mean, like, can you see like any of the young guys that we've talked about? Karen, Stromgren, Suniev, Offman, Gross, Bristevich.

Like, like, do you think those guys have a legit shot to make up the team at a training camp this year?

So there are examples of him having success with development and putting players in positions to succeed, but there's also a track record of the guys I just mentioned, plus, you know, the guys like Rory Karons never getting a chance, or William Strömgren never getting a chance, or, you know, those, those types of players, too.

So, um, let's wait and see with Ryan Huska this season.

I, I wanna give him basically the entire year to show what type of coach he's gonna be over the next few years, and let's see if he can develop these young guys.

You know, there's just don't resign him or maybe you trade him at the deadline because, you know, like we've mentioned in the past, the flames have a lot of forwards coming up in the prospect system here.

And, If he's just there being super inconsistent, like he's taking up a spot from a guy like Othman or a guy like Suniev or Stromgren or Karens, I'd rather see those guys get a chance than watching an inconsistent Adam Klapka.
