Is there anything you want to say about this one before we jump into it?

yeah this is um it's about uh wrote this kind of from the perspective of my best friend uh my buddy wolf and um he left colorado um a couple years i after i did and um yeah it's sort of yeah it's just uh just about about kind of him him leaving leaving uh colorado

To New York? Eventually, yeah.

Um, and we recorded it up at, uh, this cabin in Northern Wisconsin.

And, uh, it's a very DIY project, but, um, I'm really proud of how it turned out.

My buddy, Will Hanson, who has this band called Old Pup.

He brought up some recording gear, just this little Tascam four track and brought a couple of pals, Chris Gray and Patrick Horgan.

In the studio today, you've got me, Fiona and Sue, and we're so excited.

to be interviewing Will Hanson, PhD holder for his thesis, Queer Activism in Aotearoa New Zealand, covering the years 1961 to 2013.

Will is also a trustee of Kawe Mahara Queer Archives Aotearoa.
