So many years ago when I started, I was fortunate to do some training in the U.S. and Dr.

Bill Thomas, who does the Eat an Alternative, he focused on deinstitutionalizing care.

They focused on eliminating helplessness, loneliness, and boredom.

And I think we can all relate to that, right? You know, people need meaning.
