For the opening of a brand new jazz club.

We were just talking to Ben Williams, a great Grammy winning jazz bassist so I want to make that connection so I was in the Roxbury celebrating my friends Bill Banfield and others at this opening of this brand new jazz club in Roxbury and in walks Iona Presley so we got a chance to see each other and give each other a hug and I'm glad to have her on this program now let me do this one more again I've done it twice already in today's three-hour program we're now in the last half hour but these numbers keep popping out at me we just talked to Ben Williams about this amazing piece he's written celebrating and interrogating, challenging, if you will, America at 250.

We talked earlier in the program and had two great conversations with the only survivor of that 16th Street Baptist Church.

We talked to Doug Jones, now running for governor in Alabama.

So I want to make that connection.
