So then I started at nights reading the whole Boericke, whole Allen's, whole Kent.

Uh, "The unprejudiced observer, well aware of the futility of transcendental speculations, which can receive no confirmation from experience, be his powers of penetration ever so great," and this is where it comes, "takes note of nothing in every individual disease," okay? It's not saying in every individual, individual person.

"In every individual disease except the changes in the health of the body and of the mind, parentheses, morbid phenomena, accident symptoms, close parentheses, which can be perceived externally by means of the senses.

Um, and so that's homeopathy.

And then, and the main textbook in those days for homeopathy was William Boericke's "Materia Medica," and he was, he studied the eclectics, and he used herbs some.

So he'd give doses.
