And not that there's too, not that there's a duality there like this is this is awareness dancing in itself for itself as itself um well not even i mean just shakti or just you know shiva shakti i guess but like i wouldn't even like i wouldn't even say that there's a duality there like i I had this really transcendent sort of click the other day that you might enjoy.

But I think there's a general correlation between enjoying one's life and just simply um just showing up in presence i know that sounds a little corny and cliche but like in whatever you're at quite simply you're just like present with the people that are around you and you're there for them that's what it really means to enjoy this life right and right it doesn't mean like you negate all the fun the the classically fun stuff right that we like but we realize that that's not the pinnacle that's really not what life's all about

We went to an ashram growing up called Siddha Yoga, like had a guru meditating since I was like three or four.
