You know, there are actions like that that he's taken that are subject to a bunch of federal laws.

And there are people who worked with him at the Justice Department below Bill Barr who wouldn't cooperate on this, who might be at risk, too, for this, particularly in terms of conspiracy charges.

So I would hope I don't know if it's happening.

I can't.

But it feels like the country hasn't dealt with it yet.

Partly because when the Mueller report came out and our Attorney General Bill Barr went out in public and just flat out lied about what was in it.

So how are people that don't pay attention supposed to know the truth and the reality of the situation if our leaders are just lying to us? And that's across the board, whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, whether you voted for Trump or whether you saw through him from the beginning.

You know, if our leaders are lying to us, we have a big problem.

Right.

And I mean, I think the way this is the thing with books is you can go into things in much more depth than you can even on a talk show or whatever.

But with the lawyers, you might wonder, why would Bill Barr do that? And if you look at what law firm was he part of, it was called Kirkland & Ellis.

And Kirkland & Ellis and Jones & Day, two of the biggest law firms in the world, And the vast majority of their clients are Russian oligarchs.

So a few years ago...

The Attorney General at the time, Bill Barr, actually asserted state secrets privileges over certain documents.

And then under President Biden, he issued an executive order instructing all the federal agencies to start re-reviewing the 9-11 related documents for a declassification process.

That's still ongoing.

It discredited multiple separate reports from the FBI's own confidential informants about Joe and Hunter Biden, Burisma and Ukraine as, quote, Russian disinformation, and named as victims or, quote, targets, the Bidens, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Kerry and George Soros and others.

Then-Trump Attorney General Bill Barr, then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson, and Representative Jim Jordan, all Republicans, were listed with Caputo as, quote, conduits for Russian disinformation, which is the default way the FBI and CIA used to discredit derogatory material about Joe Biden, including Hunter Biden's laptop.

Former FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Nikki Flores, who oversaw the Bureau's since-disbanded Foreign Influence Task Force when it ran Round River, conducted a bogus, quote, defensive briefing for Grassley and Johnson in August 2020, which they claimed was a set-up, and details of which were leaked to The Washington Post to discredit their investigations into Hunter Biden and Burisma.

The following month, in a recently declassified internal FBI chat from September 25, 2020, Flores confides to a colleague, "...I'm basically running a shadow government across the FBI." Flores left the FBI last May for a lucrative job at Microsoft, where she joined Lisa Monaco, the former Deputy AG who directed most of the lawfare against Trump and his allies in the Biden years.

Um, and it, you know, like, it's like the article said, it's spread like wildfire throughout the department concerning tons of people.

Do you remember how worried we were in 2020 when Bill Barr changed DOJ policy and put out this memo to all the U.S. Attorney's offices basically saying, any questions about election cases have to come in and must be reviewed by him.

And then eventually Rudy Giuliani was somehow involved in all that nonsense.

So that was like dipping your toe in the water.

Talking about their credibility and people up in arms about the way they're conducting themselves.

Of course they don't want that to be out publicly, right? even if it was just the most incredible gaffe ever, and everything lined up perfectly, like Bill Barr said, and it was a perfect storm, that alone is enough to make them look horrible.

So they're going to try and save face as much as they possibly can.

But how in the world do the federal authorities not have Whatever it is that Khan had in his possession, especially because we know that Epstein had this sort of stuff.

Certainly not for me.

And Bill Barr coming out and telling me, oh, well, you just have to believe what I'm telling you here, guys.

Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.

That certainly is not enough for me.

And you think that that's something that basically he did not like, and therefore he got rid of the Kellys.

He got rid of, you know, and I know Scott cannot stand Bill Barr, but the fact is, is that look what we've got now.

And yeah, Bill Barr may be a low bar, no pun intended, but who we've got now and Hegseth and people like that.

Is this a more incompetent administrative group than was in his first administration? And what does that mean?

Let me circle around on that if I could, not answer directly at the beginning, because I think that to understand the second Trump administration, You have to understand what happened after the first.
