I'm a fan of Will Durant, the historian.

Bobby Kennedy talked me into reading The Story of Civilization.

This is a 10-volume set that each one is 1,000 pages.

What's this word? The writing was just beautiful.

And so I was listening to a tape of Bill Moyer interviewing Will and Ariel Durant.
