So what, what have you learned now that-- are you, like, changing something in the program? Is there something that's coming up?
47:41
So something that we-- I'm developing that I guess we've-- i- is an evolution of what we're doing is, um, this-- what we're talking about, right? Confidence, leadership, these sort of amorphous concepts, they're difficult to quantify.
47:56
And in our world of EMS, we're based on standardized testing and, you know, skill sheets where you check all the boxes, and you're proficient.
48:05
And, and yet that's not-- Ross and I aren't really teaching any of that.
48:09
So, like, how do you measure success? And so, um, it, it made me think about at a really tough part in my career, I had a string of really awful calls in a row, and I was experiencing, like, a lot of symptoms of post-traumatic stress.
48:24
And, um, thankfully, like I went to see a therapist, which was really life-giving, and she put me through this assessment when I first started going, and it, it was basically a battery of my symptoms, right? And I didn't really know anything about it at the time.
48:38
And she gave it to me, and I took it, and she di- never told me what the results were.
52:15
And then I'm just gonna tell Will, uh, what he should say, but you should definitely lead with your white water analogy of like, how do you get through this difficult obstacle?
