So I suppose just kind of tell us a bit of your career before joining this company that you were the fourth employee, like what you were just doing to get there.

Yeah, so I was originally from Wildwood, Missouri, which is like a super small like suburb of St. Louis, Missouri.

And I didn't really travel much growing up.

Like we would go on the occasional road trip around the U.S., but I didn't get on my first flight until I was like around the age of 18.

These are rivers that are desperately in need of erosion control, of flood control, of mitigations, preparations, and they've been ignored.

My own city I live in, Wildwood, Missouri, is the largest landmass city of St. Louis County, and they've been begging the state and the feds for erosion control money for like eight years, and it keeps getting vetoed or ignored.

They call Ann Wagner, my opponent, up, and she simply ignores it.

I've pinned some of these mayors because our mayors are nonpolitical here.

You know, it feels like I'm getting like back to my roots a little bit.

like even just seeing the two of y'all's names together, be like, okay that works but like not what I would have expected

there's two I'll make it quick there's two two kind of stories with this but the first one is I opened for him actually in Pendleton Oregon and like an outdoor like stadium thing it was me Pitbull and Blake Shelton that was the lineup and it was like 2017 I think or 2018 and we had like a meet and greet in like a gymnasium somewhere like and there was a step and repeat there and fans were coming in and I remember walking up to him and I didn't I didn't really say I was like hi introduce myself and then I my mom is from Columbia South America so I'm first generation Hispanic um and so I like had my mom on FaceTime and I just handed him the phone and then they just talked in Spanish for like 13 minutes I think and then I never got to really talk to him and then we did the show and him and Blake are friends and it was like a whole thing and never really you know we hadn't connected really outside that you know obviously as an opener I just want to give everyone the respect and like stay out of the way and things like that so It was like years later, I was once again playing a show with Blake Shelton, weirdly enough.

He was headlining a barefoot country music festival in Wildwood, New Jersey.

And one of his guys on his team that was looking to maybe have him do that festival at some point or something like that was Sidestage and videoed me doing the song USA.
