Give anyone the little Wiimote or in this case, the Joy-Con and let them give it a try type of experience.

It's a good like,

yeah, you know, if your mom or dad doesn't really play your grandma, you know, I mean, they literally filled retirement homes with millions of Wiis because they all just played fake sports like.

What happened was they did that in the original.

Then they made the new control scheme version of Metroid Prime where they wanted to make it so you could use the Wiimote and stuff.

And that's what the trilogy uses, the Metroid Prime trilogy.

And they took out a lot of the effects because it interfered with the motion control stuff.

I'm playing on a controller and like the flick stick combat is something I was not, I didn't know that's how they made, how they did it.

I like completely forgot that the game was that the big selling point of the game on the Wii was like, Oh, we're going to do like very, like almost one-to-one movement with the Wiimote and the sword.

And it's going to be like what everybody always wanted.

What was it? Twilight princess to be when it first came out.

And- I agree that the dream of the Wii is one-to-one sword combat, like one-to-one motion sword combat.

And I feel like that's how it was marketed in the early days.

If I remember correctly, Shigeru Miyamoto came out on stage and held the Wiimote like a sword.

right and you're like i get it you know like i see what is cool about the wii and like even with the wii motion plus it was not that you know it was closer but i actually don't know if that made for like really fun gameplay because a lot of the time there was like either there was a delta between like what i was doing and what i thought should happen yeah or the game was like punishingly difficult As far as like how close I needed to get to doing something.

What does that begin to resemble, Delvin? A TV remote.

How does that look? Very, very Wiimote-esque.

It, of course, was a Wii exclusive, a Wii launch title, and yes, a very dangerous game.

Wiimotes were being thrown through TVs across the lands.

that I don't think so, because think about it.

A lot of the Wii games are with the Wiimote, and I don't know if there's a sensor bar replacement on the computer.

I'm sure there might be, but I haven't thought that far.

so yeah i think that despite getting this setup put together i still do not feel regular on the setup so that's one of the main reasons i'm excited to be back um i think the second thing also is that i'm tired of living out of like a suitcase um yeah limited wardrobe i don't like that um and i don't know there's like i think there's also a feeling of expectation being here currently um where I'm like well I should be spending time with my mom right I should be spending time with my mom but then I'm like I'm tired I just want to like lay down I don't want to do that then I'm like I should because I can just lay down when I'm done with the trip but then so there's a lot of mental for me as well that goes into it so yeah
