Wichita Lineman

I'll put you on hold.

And so we get a music moment where Homer sings Glenn Campbell's Wichita Lineman into the phone.

Then... uh macarthur park to lisa uh macarthur park was a hit for richard harris and the late uh and later for donna summer and so he starts singing i am a lineman for the county your call is important to us please continue to hold and i drive the main road there are eight calls ahead of you so it's like acting like the hold while singing yep And the Wichita alignment is still on the line.

And Helmer hangs up the phone.
