Why Not Me

There are five songs on it.

Four of them are my originals, and I did a cover of Why Not Me by The Judds, and that's the fifth song.

Wow.

You did? I gotta hear this.

I w- was thinking about doing another original on there, and they were like, "Hey, why don't you put a cover on there?" And I kind of got voluntold that I was doing The Judds, and then we kinda narrowed it down-

Nice

... to Why Not Me, and I was like, "I don't love this song." I don't even really play it that much now.

Oh, my gosh.

A lot of big songs.

One of their hits was, I don't remember the title of it, but it was something about, you know, why not me on a rainy day? Why not me to love your blues away? Why not me? You remember that song? No, nothing.

Well, I probably didn't help, you know the way I I didn't really sing it try singing

it again

people would love to know I don't think so whatsoever.

But nevertheless the judge had a song you guys know what I'm talking about And and you know what we all know the words.

Well, I know most of the words and You know, why not me on a rainy day? Why not me to love your cares away? Why not me? No, it's not your cares.

Why not me to love your blues away? Your blues away.

But as I've said before, um, if I don't think I can be effective in the Senate anymore, I would consider it.

Um, you know, what's the old Juds song? Uh, "Why not me on a rainy day? Why not me to love your blues away?" Um, but I haven't made a decision.

If a bunch of...

On my side of the aisle, if a bunch of goobers run, uh, and, and I think they're goobers, and one of the goobers might win, and I think I could do a better job, I would consider running.

Why Not The Rain-

Mm-mm

... or Why Not Me.

Yeah, Why Not Me.

I saw somebody made a really interesting comparison.

They basically said that it's Why Not Me by The Judds, and it does have similarity to Judds' song.

My mom loved The Judds, so I went back and listened to it and of course it put me in like a time capsule to like riding in the backseat of the car when I was younger.

I hadn't listened to a Judds song in, in years.

Okay.

Why Not Me by the Judds.

okay it was the

first one that not enough people knew and then the second one which was just like not the vibe was paper bag by fiona apple
