Who Shot Mr. Burns? Part Two

I love that the first main Simpsons episode is a Christmas one, when Homer brings- Homer, Bart, and Barney go to the greyhound races, and they end up bringing home Santa's Little Helper, and it's just so cool.

Like, oh, do you remember Who Shot Mr. Burns? So there was that season finale of Mr.

Burns getting shot, and you had, we had to wait all summer.

We had to wait months until we found out who shot Mr. Burns.

Spoiler alert, it was Maggie.

[laughs] And then there was that whole episode of, oh, there was that whole episode of, was it Troy McClure? How Troy McClure explained...

We overlapped.

The guys who ran the show, Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein, they would go on and run the show during the Who Shot Mr. Burns era.

Josh said to me, when I first came to work, I was wearing grown-up shoes, like Oxford leather shoes.

I thought that was a real job.

Sorry about that.

Yeah.

So George, I know George Burns, somebody who worked with George Burns told me he would say, duck, duck is funny.

Chicken, chicken is not funny because of the K's.
