White River Township

We provide policy services.

and board training to our 289 school district governing bodies we have about 1700 school board members statewide many of them will be on the ballot some of them are going to be speaking next uh in november don't forget when you vote you have to go down and vote separately for school board candidates and this will be the first year in state history that school board candidates may affiliate with a party but that's not mandatory some will be on the ballot as independent or no label non-partisan that is still an option so make sure you go down for your school district look at the candidates running for school board i know in my home community of white river township center grove we have eight candidates running for three seats so an important voter regarding school board candidates i think some of the communities are still having forums for school board candidates as well, so attend those.

School boards have four core duties that you need to be aware of.

One is adopt policy required by state or federal law to govern the school corporation.

I am thrilled to be a first-time candidate running for public office for White River Township Trustee Board.

I am running because I believe civic engagement starts at the most local level licensing our neighbors and making quality of life ought to include the basics, food, shelter, functioning water, and electricity.

S. Tyler Ault, Democrat for Pleasant Township Advisory Board.

Sharla Ansbach, Democrat for White River Township Trustee.

Mark W. Messick, Republican for White River Township Trustee.

Mark Barenko, Democrat for White River Township Advisory Board.

Christina M. McDougal, Democrat for White River Township Advisory Board.

And Cindy Wirth for U.S. House Representative 6th District.

That's a mouthful.
