In preparation for this hearing, I was told that he attended an event at the White House that was put on by the White House Historical Association, but I have no recollection of that.

Question, and only that one time at the White House Historical Association? Answer, that's the only time that I'm aware of that I might have possibly been in the same room with him.

Question, did you have an initial impression of Mr. Epstein? Answer, I have no recollection of Mr.

Epstein.

I'm just told that he was in a room at a dinner that we were hosting for the White House Historical Association.

Question, what was your understanding of what Mr. Epstein did for work? Answer, I knew nothing about him.

He was there as an invited guest by the question and no one else informed you what Mr. Epstein did for work? Answer no, but we had hundreds and thousands of people who came to the White House.

It was a surreal occasion.

She spoke in the Rose Garden to the White House Historical Association, and she spoke about the value of design and legacy.

And, uh, the irony that she was standing where her husband had concreted over Jackie Kennedy's Rose Garden-

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm

After Trump term 1.0, she went to work for Trump at the, quote, office of the 45th president, which relocated to where? Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

She managed Trump's presidential portrait project in conjunction with the National Portrait Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution, you know, the one where the poor head of it just had to resign because he was just taking abuse on the daily from this administration, and also in conjunction with the White House Historical Association.

She has a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, SUNY Albany.

In January of 2025, Felon Trump named her the Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations, as I just advised.

So in looking at Madison in practice, rather than simply as a political thinker, we can tell a great deal about how he's understanding and building constitutional government.

And to explore this side of Madison, I am joined from afar by Dr. Matthew Goetz, who is the senior historian and the Maryland Sexton Chair in White House History at the White House Historical Association.

Matthew earned his Ph.D. in American history from George Washington University and has taught at George Washington, Georgetown, and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

His scholarship has appeared in White House History Quarterly and Washington History Magazine, among other publications.

A spokeswoman for Rubin said, to the best of Mr. Rubin's recollection, he never met or spoke with Mr. Epstein, to the best of his recollection, huh? Gives himself an out there.

Epstein's next visit was on September 29th to attend a reception organized by the White House Historical Association after he donated $10,000 to help renovate the building.

Again, all about money, right? Bill Clinton and his boys couldn't get 10 grand from anyone else.

They had to get it from Jeffrey Epstein.

The two arrived when Clinton had already left for a trip to Texas record show.

An Israeli model with the same name as Gaffney denied that she ever met Epstein and said the only time she visited the White House was with her boyfriend as a tourist, not a private visit.

Maxwell would accompany Epstein months later on September 29th, 1993, to attend a reception organized by the White House Historical Association after he donated $10,000 to help renovate the building.
