I mean, I, I would say that, you know, when the level of water in a pond goes up, everything that is floating in it goes up, you know, whether it is a toy or it is a, it is a boat.

So, so we need to raise the level of transparency and accountability in the country, and for that, I think there are many things which were done, but probably the, the time was not right, like the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Now, can you imagine, Sampath, somebody sitting somewhere in Uttar Pradesh or Bihar in the Election Commission of India seeing something wrong being done and doing the whistleblowing and saying that this is not correct? I think this will put in a lot of fear of God in both the political class and the Election Commission, you know? So we should have definitely a Whistleblower Protection Act, you know? We have actually diluted the RTI.

We should actually strengthen the RTI, but in the name of privacy, we have diluted.

The DPDP Act has literally kind of tried to kill the RTI.

We should strengthen RTI.

We should have a Whistleblower Protection Act.

We should have what is called a, um, a, a Shikayat Nivarani, you know, which is like a-

APS ultimately released its investigative report last month.
