Whac-A-Mole

Wow, game is trending up in that category.

And then I'm sure golf will happen and a different area will pop up, right? It's like Whac-A-Mole.

Mm-hmm.

But at least you, uh, can kind of figure out if you're trending in the right direction, and there's not one area that's consistently holding you back.

God, it's complicated, isn't it? [laughs]

It's like Whac-A-Mole, isn't it?

You, like, get one and then the next one pops up-

And, uh, so they, they built it in with a, with an outfitter that was also doing ducks and geese.

Is- isn't that just like playing Whac-A-Mole, a Saskatchewan gopher hunt?

Well, it is.

And frankly, the Cowboys should have some familiarity here, because we had Micah Parsons and not a lot else at a certain point, so we were constantly trying to have to find ways to specifically deploy him.

And if you don't have depth at other positions, it becomes harder and harder to, to play Whac-A-Mole with the holes on your defense.

Well, and it reminds me a lot of, like, the Andy Reid Eagles.

When the Cowboys had, like, DeMarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer and Greg Ellis, like, th- that was a, a great tree of edge rushers.

Their clones can't replace them anymore.

And, you know, whatever that clone, like obviously they're gonna keep, you know, popping up like Whac-A-Mole and do whatever they can, but I think they're, they're at a point now where they're not even gonna have access to the technology to release another clone.

[laughs] You know?

Right.

I'm guessing you get a lot of people try and, you know, use AI slop to sell weird products.

I know that's a strange way of putting it, but it's the only way I can think to describe it, and I'm curious how you clamp down on them and how much of it is kinda like Whac-A-Mole as technology evolves.

So AI-generated content, um, just like generally, right? I think also as you alluded to, like it's, it's certainly becoming more common across all digital platforms.

Um, and, uh, e-commerce, uh, you know, as sellers and also as creators are certainly in the stage of like exploring how they can use this, like, fascinating new technology to, um, help them create content and, you know, really ultimately help them scale their business or for creators, help them earn, you know, more money and grow their community and so forth.
