So understanding those systems really helps us determine, how and when should I use those wood chips? And that's really what I think a lot of people are lacking, is that education and knowledge about those systems to be able to effectively use wood chips.

So Brian, what strikes me as really interesting about your perspective on wood chips is that you don't have to go out for some sort of special inoculant to get those predators and other organisms you need to help return the nitrates taken up by the fungi and bacteria as they decompose the wood chips, and re-release them back into the soil.

You may receive as little as four cubic yards of wood chips or as much as 20 cubic yards.
