Right up at the top of the hill.

Okay, real fast overview of the town mall.

While we're still Carroll County's best shopping destination, visitors can enjoy stores like Belk Outlet, Boscoff's, Dick's Sporting Goods, RC, Westminster Movies 9, and more than 40 places to shop and dine, including some of your favorites, Sonic, NTB, Arby's, just to name a few.

A lot of good places to eat.

And what are your normal hours at the mall? We're open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.

That can't be the only events you have planned for the rest of the year.

No, oddly enough, this is very strange.

And I talked to my friend, Jim Davis, who's got the longest running pawpaw orchard in the country, which is near Westminster here in Maryland.

30 years his orchard is now.

And I and the others in the region that have pawpaw fruits this year had the earliest harvest season ever.

So I'm in Westminster, Maryland.

I have, uh, Jamie Moylan, w- who is the founder and president of, um, Design Builders, actually pretty close to me.

I'm in, um, Westminster, kind of northern Maryland, and he's in, uh, Bethesda, which is a little bit closer towards northern Virginia, the, the DC area.

So, uh, pretty close to me and, um, um, pretty sure, you know, the, a Maryland native, but he's gonna be talking all about, well, a lot of things.

So we're gonna be talking about, of course, you know, uh, what his business is doing, his story, but we were also talking before we started recording about AI, his sales process, and a lot of things that he's doing that are really cutting edge, really help, um, you know, getting him ahead and, you know, has helped, uh, reach the success that he's, that he's currently experiencing.

Uh, we're just south of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

... um, out of Scranton, PA.

And, um, anyway, 100.7 was for a long time known as Froggy 100.7 and was licensed to a little town called Westminster, Maryland, uh, which is where I live, and was a sister station to WCTR-AM.

Then, um, I'm sorry, they weren't, when they were licensed to Westminster, they weren't owned by Shamrock.

Then they, uh, left, or then the, the station sold to Shamrock, and Shamrock let, decided to keep the AM here in Westminster, but move the FM to Baltimore.

So I don't know if they did it as drastically as you were talking about with your station in Daytona, literally picking up the tower and moving it.

Uh, I think they, I, I don't know whether they did that.

... um, yeah.

So, um, it, they experimented with a number of different formats.
