Westin Bonaventure Hotel

I was held at gunpoint not a few years ago.

Yeah, I was held at gunpoint at the Westin Bonaventure.

I was there

this weekend.

There's the elevators, which are in a ton of movies, like True Lies and all that stuff.

But at the top of the Bonaventure is a rotating restaurant, like a super cheesy rotating restaurant.

So you can go up there, get like coffee and an overpriced dessert, but it's literally the best views.

And it's just cool to do like do once or twice.

Yeah.

Right on the bus.

If you're like a big movie fan, like the, not the Bonaventure, the, oh my God.

Bradbury.

You don't think they're seeking revenge? Like, what world are we living in? If you think TDS is created just by media, you're part of the naive group, and I'm not.

And the reason why I understand it is because I remember, you know, I'm in the business, insurance industry, and I'm at a conference at the Bonaventure Hotel.

There's 7,200 people sitting in front of me, and I'm on stage speaking, and I get up and I talk about, uh, uh, you know, whatever speech I'm giving, and I'm telling them about the secret.

"Here's the secret to how to win in the insurance business," and I'm going, and going, and going, and going, and going.

Do you...

I did that intentionally.

The entire time I'm walking back to Bonaventure Hotel, people are following me.

I had a, I had a-

want you on 14th in case you turn south and i want seven on the north side to box him in okay make it quick because my horse is getting tired Your horse.

So Harry is on a police horse and he is pursuing Aziz and they go into the Bonaventure Hotel.

Noted Washington, D.C. landmark.

They go into the

Yeah, I mean, in the line of fire, though, it wasn't LA.

Like he goes to, he's like, I gotta go to LA again.

They actually call it the Bonaventure Hotel in the line of fire.

But yes, he pursues him in, and we have an amazing kind of a throwback to Commando because there's an elevator sequence in Commando.

Oh, that's the Bonaventure right there, right in the middle.

That's the Bonaventure Hotel.

So, whoa.

So, oh, my God.

Well, they're so brazen about it.

There's a series called Roadies on right now, and they shot downtown in the, uh, Bonaventure Hotel-

Mm-hmm

... with the elevators on the outside.
