Western Express Highway

Lack of planning has led to massive congestion on the roads.

The Western Express Highway, despite all the new flyovers and coastal roads being built, even from, say, Prabhadevi or Dadar and even more at South Mumbai, it takes 90 minutes to two hours to reach the airport, especially for international flights in the night because you are in the rush hour.

And it's the same if you're coming from the distant suburbs.

Back because the two-way traffic, it is jammed both ways.

This is the Western Express Highway.

So the new metro line, aqua line was supposed to handle things.

Now there is connectivity and long walks.
