Westchester Lagoon

Then we started looking for this possibility in other systems.

So we have pike that turned up in Westchester Lagoon in Anchorage, Campbell Lake in Anchorage, and we have pike on the west side of Cook Inlet near Beluga.

All of those very close proximity to Cook Inlet and no other way for pike to get there other than people putting them there.

So they either got put there by people or swam there through Cook Inlet.

But last year was really the first year of us doing it and worked out a lot of kinks with the solar and the batteries and all the equipment.

Plus last year was a rainy summer, so we had floods and everything else.

But we got probably the best data from Westchester Lagoon.

And we, of all the weirs, we only documented one pike coming in.
