West Coast Swing

you mentioned easter east coast swing east coast swing you have two-step what what are all of the dances that you guys teach

so we have east coast swing we have west coast swing okay we have country two-step we have waltz foxtrot and we have salsa

Those are all my group classes, but I also teach, you know, rumba, cha-cha, mambo, samba.

If you want to do private lessons.

The biggest difference, the easiest way to say it is that it's a difference in form.

Okay.

So East Coast swing kind of goes in a circle, whereas West Coast swing is danced on a slot.

And dancing on a slot means that you're dancing like you're dancing on a diving board or a plank.

And then I did the social dances off that salsa, tango, bachata, waltz.

West Coast Swing to some extent, Kizomba, Zouk, Merengue, everything else in that ballpark.

And then I became a musical theater actor, right? So then came ballet, jazz, Fosse, Vogue, everything in the performance, like solo performance ballpark as well.

So Covered a lot of ground, still really enjoy doing it.

I've found loads of stuff from that.

The West Coast Swing crowd is quite open to publishing their playlists for things.

So you can find quite a lot of stuff like that.

just going along to events and Thinking oh, it's a fab track
