At what point did you have some balance when you were like, hey, I can hang with my family more, travel more? Did you always have it or how'd you find it?

Wes YoungGUEST
You know, the word balance is interesting, right? I think when you're, if you're 34 or younger, I think you have a lot of energy to run and grind and you should do that without at the same time having some guardrails to say, what are the most important things to me in my life? What kind of things do I regret not doing now? And so we always had a framework of, okay, family is very important.

Wes YoungGUEST
I've got a friend of mine who's a great dad in a lot of ways, but he doesn't have a job regularly.

Wes YoungGUEST
And the family would love it if they had spent a little less time with him and go provide.

Wes YoungGUEST
And I think there's seasons where you run and seasons where you say, look, I'll do this.

would you coach them to say learn about presenting a process that sounds unique so that you stand apart but then how do you even get face time with those people so if we were to kind of walk back in time all the stuff we've all been through how do advisors get more business so that someday they can have the luxury of being too busy and then that's another problem to solve
