Wearmouth Bridge

So Paige Hunter had experienced some of her own mental health challenges, and she started doing something she called Notes of Hope.

So every single day, she'd go to the Wearmouth Bridge in Sutherland, England, and she'd leave these Notes of Hope on the bridge.

Each note would have some words of encouragement, support, and also some mental health resources.

And her notes are credited with saving several lives.
