Now, Christopher Biggie's son is claiming that Valetta signed an amendment shortly before her death that removed her grandchildren from the will and named Biggie's former manager, Wayne Barrow, as the executive of her estate.

Well, this is ringing all types of alarm bells because Christopher is questioning whether the amendment was legitimate, claiming his grandmother, Valetta, was engraved declining health and saying basically that she couldn't have signed this, you know, amendment to the will because she was taking several medications and she was bedridden and she was not in right sound mind before she passed away.

So just a fun fact, I am, I decided to take a career shift.

And one of the things I've learned is that, you know, signing under duress completely eliminates a contract.

So if she indeed was you know, not in the right sound mind, or if she signed these under duress, and the judge says that, then he's going to just have to give it to the kids.

Because what makes you think, as Biggie's old manager, why would you take rights of his estate when his mother... is his executive of his estate and the one he assigned.

What made you think, why near her death? That's kind of shady.
