So Leah, before we dive into your book and your work, I'd love to start with your story.

Can you talk a little bit about your background, your coaching practice, and what led you to write this book, Walking and Wayfinding, Create Your Own Mindful Practice One Step at a Time?

Sure.

So I began, let's see, my background, I grew up mostly in California.

We never know everything.

Wayfinding is like, it's not a exam that you take and you figure it all out, right? It's an actual continual journey.

And I think that there's that vulnerability involved in it, meaning as whether you're the guide or whether you're the you know, coming into it for the first time.

So as I'm saying this aloud, thank you for witnessing this because literally just saying this aloud is very clarifying and I hadn't actually clarified it in this way yet.

So it's like it takes every single person in that canoe in order to go where you want to go.
