A recently released news documentary series from Wave 3 troubleshooter reporter Natalia Martinez highlights several instances of alleged use of force and misconduct by Kentucky state troopers.

Martinez uses previously unreleased video footage and interviews to detail systemic issues that keep victims from getting the justice they say they deserve.

She talked about the series with the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting's Jake Ryan.
