Water Street

Well, that's remarkable.

So now obviously you've watched this organization, you know, go from whatever it was when you bought it in 2010 to Tuesday on cups three straight finals the stadium series water street and everything else so when you walk around Tampa today from that 2010 year what's the one thing now that you stop and think wow you know we really changed the culture of this this city

Well, this is where I need a snappy joke, but I don't have one.

Something funny.

Amen

to that.

And obviously now the next phase of Water Street, we're starting to see more cranes and construction.

Can you touch on what's happening now? Yeah, it's not me.
