Washington

Not because we are assigned roles, but simply due to the larger truth that humans are a part of nature as the performance makes clear.

Jerry's and My Day began with a 90-minute drive to Washington, Vermont, one of two sites where forest takes place.

Actually, two sites, two dances, two individual narrations to speak to two different settings.

One, a hardwood forest in Washington.

The other, a softwood forest in Bradford.

We were met by a friend, Colleen, who was checking people in wearing the unique handmade paper vest all the volunteers wore.
