Warrior Nun

Prime Video has cast the two leads for its planned adaptation.

Esther McGregor, best known for We Were Liars, will play Violet, and Emilio Sacrea, best known for One Piece, and Warrior Nun will play Zayden.

The upcoming series was greenlit back in May, and the plan is to adapt Rebecca's five-book series across multiple seasons.

Unsurprisingly, this casting news has split fans, with some being excited by the news and others not yet seeing the vision.

I

want to watch Warrior Nun now, and I want to watch We Were Liars because, okay, Esther McGregor is our Violet Serengel, and she was in We Were Liars, and I still haven't watched the series of We Were Liars.

I

haven't either.

I know he's got like a really long TV and film history background.

Most notably in Warrior Nun.

I'm sure people know him from other stuff, but Warrior Nun, I'm like across.

So he's been in that.

Esther, I'm a bit more familiar with.

Yeah, it's wild

The report lists him in the live action One Piece as a rebel leader, the gladiator epic Those About to Die, the MMA continuous action film 60 Minutes, the post-apocalyptic Tribes of Europa, and Warrior Nun

I see that list, and all I see is blood, sweat, wire work, and stunt choreography

Heavy, heavy action

They're here on Eureka.

There's a show called Warrior Nun, which I've heard kind of about.

I never saw it.

Most recently, they're on Star Trek: Discovery.
