I don't know if it's been confirmed yet, but... keeping an eye on the club's social media feeds for that to be released and then finally I'm not too sure when this is going out because we normally record on a Wednesday and it's Monday it's very unusual for us to be this organised but on Wednesday night the youth team are away at Warrington Town if the podcast goes out before the game get down and support them if the podcast goes out after the game hopefully they have won and have progressed in the FA Youth Cup first time since the season we were kicked out beat Kers and Ashton in the first round of qualifying I think it's like an extra preliminary round it was so good to see us back in the FA Youth Cup Bury our massive as always but yeah that is it for this week hopefully everyone's enjoyed it good chat with Nards good round up we're moving on to the FA Cup this weekend I'm away in Italy so I won't be there so hopefully another 8-0 win And then, yeah, we'll be back in a couple of weeks.

Uh, FC United, uh, they've been struggling in recent times in the league but managed to beat Warrington Town 4-1-

... for those clubs that are not in form.

Yeah.

So for FC United, they obviously have beat Warrington Town 4-1, but before that they beat Garforth Town 5-1, uh, in the cup competition as well.

So-

All teams that you expect to be in and around the area.

Yeah, Warrington Town, the Bury in places, I expect Geisley as well.

Courage and Ashton have had a slow start to the season, but, you know, when you've got quality like Alex Curran, all of the while, it only takes them out of time before that clicks, and they've been clicking recently, so it's no shock that they're up where they are.

A side that I would say are a bit unexpected just outside of Perth, Workington Town.

Start FC United.

They did win.

They got a good 4-1 win against Warrington Town, which this might be the turning point for them.

Because when you look at the team, Daniel Atherton, Andre Wisdom, Adam Sudworth, Adam LaFondra, Jordan Buckley.

They didn't win the game in the first half at Jericho Lane as they were 2-1 until Ellis Richardson stole an injury time equaliser.

So the draw for the FA Cup second qualifying round, which is on Saturday the 19th of September, Heaton Stannington will play Trafford and Warrington Town.

versus South Liverpool but they're the only two teams that will represent the North West counties in the next round

moving on to Warrington Rylands it's been a good week for them they beat Alfredstown 2-1 on the weekend and followed that up with an encouraging home 3-1 win over Bamber Bridge on Bank Holiday Monday decent crowd of 556 watch that game I wonder how many of them across supporters from Warrington Town

I feel like Warrington's a bit of a divide when it comes to football.

How did you get into being a part of the FA Interleague Cup and managing the Cheshire League? How did it come about?

It stems back from when I first moved to Warrington or got involved with my missus.

Her uncle was the manager of Warrington Town Reserves.

so I kind of just kind of fell into it with him I kind of helped him out really early on probably what's that must be 15 maybe 18 years ago just helped out they played in the Cheshire Cheshire League.

So they kicked off the season against Emily and they drew that.

They then lost to Warrington Town.

They beat Lancaster.

They beat FC United.

Okay, so it's a bit of a mixed bag for them.

Okay, but beating Lancaster is... is an excellent result for them.

The loss against Warrington Town, probably a bit more expected.

The Offerton Town one, you know, less expected, to be honest, but these kind of games happen.
