So I passively flex them and if it looks like it's pushing the nerve up or that triceps is large, I will take out a slip of triceps and just use the bipolar and remove it and never had anybody say anything, they're never gonna miss it.

But if it's not pushing on the nerve when it's fully flexed, it's probably not gonna snap around afterwards in my opinion.

So I've done that for years seems to be a way that I can decrease my need to transposition.

Because earlier on, I would think I probably should transpose this.
