Wang Chi

Well, um, two good picks I reckon there.

Uh, we will next go for Wang Chi, who is the real hero of the, the movie, whose, his, um, his partner gets kidnapped, and that kind of is the driver for the movie.

So I have gone for...

Do you know who Simu, Simu Liu is?

yeah.

And just to give a little summary, it's about a truck driver named Jack Burden, who's played by Kurt Russell, and he gets mixed up in a supernatural battle with his best friend Wang Chi's green-eyed fiancé, and that's important.

Yeah.

He's kidnapped by henchmen of the sorcerer Lo Pan.

Well, she said that my remark about his hanky was crude.

I gave her crude.

Audiences everywhere immediately fell in love with Laverne and her best friend Shirley.

The quirky duo were such fan

That idea of he thinks he's the main character, but actually he's shit.

Yeah, his sidekick Wang is the main character.

yeah yeah but he thinks it's like you say it's sort of satire on america you know putting itself in the middle of stuff you know we don't need to go too deeply into into into the political context and things like that but it's very much that yeah like you say americans being having that main character energy in film yeah yeah um yeah sorry yeah so have you seen this before So I actually hadn't.

It had been on my list to watch for ages because I knew it was considered like, I knew when it came out, it was really polarised and actually quite slated in some circles.
