What are some of the best pieces of career advice that you've learned along the way and that you'd like to share with others?

Don't be afraid to jump into something that you've never done before.

And what I mean by that, never done before, is My career advice is I came from retail.

I was the inventory control manager.

And then when they told me at Ralph Lauren, hey, Wanda, you're going to build up an inventory control and wait plenty.

And waiting was a new concept.

But you know what? How do I actually understand how that connects together? And then from there, I just took it.
